Homeopathic Remedies that can replace Tylenol and Advil
Whether there's shortages or you want alternatives, here's my top pain + inflammation remedies.

For home use 30c potency is the general recommendation.
Arnica - bumps, bruises, general aches and pains, trauma, shock, concussions
Rhus Tox - joint pain, overexertion, soreness thats worse initial motion, better continued motion.
Bryonia - pain that is highly sensitive to any motion, light, sound, disturbance
Nux Vomica - hangover style headaches with irritability, constipation, vomiting, tummy aches, either over one eye or at the back of the head
Nat Mur- headaches from dehydration or too much sun or grief/emotions, hammering/bursting pain worse from moving the eyes, visual disturbances, aversion to consolation
Kali Phos + Mag Phos Tissue Salt - headaches from overstudy, tension, too much computer work
Arnica - see above plus: anger or oversensitive to being approached, "I'm fine" after concussion, pressing and bursting pains
Belladonna - right sided, worse lying down, throbbing and/or sharp pain, worse from light and noise, red face
Spigelia - left sided headache over one eye and neuralgic, pains follow the sun (worse as the sunrises, better as it sets)
Gelsemium - occipital headache (back of the head) and may extend up and over to one eye or like a band around the head, weakness and heaviness, heavy eyelids, dullness, tension headaches, with anxious mood or looks drunk and woozy.
Sepia - sharp pain that usually ascends, worse light and noise, may be better with rapid movement (dance, exercise) and sleep, may be hormonal.
Ignatia - as if a nail bore into the head, worse by smell of tobacco, related to grief, may be weeping.
Bryonia - splitting headache, frontal extending backwards and down the back, worse in the morning and by any motion, even moving the eyes.
Other remedies: Rhus Tox, Chamomilla, Kali Bich, Glonoine, Carbo Veg.
Ferrum Phos Tissue Salt - slow onset fever without many other symptoms, consider this the first stage of fever (before aconite or belladonna are indicated)
Aconite - rapid onset fever with anxiety, fear of death, dry heat of the skin, chilliness with slightest movement, restless, worse at night
Belladonna - rapid onset fever with delirium, dilated pupils, glossy eyes, hot head/face and cold extremities.
Chamomilla - fever with one red cheek, inconsolable, highly sensitive to pain, angry
Gelsemium - dull, drowsy, dizzy. Slow onset, sore muscles, very tired.
Other remedies: Pulsatilla, Phosphorus, Bryonia, Apis
Pain keynotes that point to specific remedies:
Bruised pain from contusion/trauma? Arnica
Shooting nerve pain? Hypericum
Red, shiny, swollen, stinging pain? Apis
Burning pain better heat? Arsenicum
Deep, aching, as-if-broken bone pain? Eupatorium
Cold stiff inflammation better cold? Puncture wounds? Black eyes? Ledum
Fractures/injuries to bone? Symphytum (*always make sure the bone is set before using symphytum*)
Heavy, numb, drooping? Gelsemium
Restless stiffness worse first motion, better continued motion? Rhus Tox
Sharp pain worse any motion, must be absolutely still? Bryonia
Lacerated wounds? Calendula
